For change of mind, we allow 14 days from the day of purchase for exchanges as long as the product is return to the same condition. Buyer will be responsible for the new postage on the exchanged item.
When item is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please send us photo or video evidence if your product and we can revise it from there.
If item is faulty, buyer must send back the item to the seller (postage will be reimburse) then the seller will send the replacements.
